How long does it take to photograph a house?
A:
For basic shoot it takes between 40-60 minutes, aerial shots take about
15-20 minutes and floor plan mapping takes an extra 15-20 minutes.

Do I have to be a real estate agent to use your service?
A:
We generally market our services to Real Estate agents and this is where
we allocate our schedule to. However we can photograph properties for
those that have a need for our services. Contact us to discuss your
needs.

What suburbs do you work in?

We cover all of Australia, Some regional areas may incure travel charges.

What are your hours of operation?
A:
We operate 7 days a week from 6am to late, This is because early morning
and dusk are the best times to capture a property's full potential.
We also operate on the weekends to meet the demands of the industry.

How many photos do you take of the house?
A:
For a standard shoot we will generally take about 30-40 photos then
pick the best from them and give you a selection of 15-25 shots. For
aerial photos we will give you around 5-10 pictures from different perspectives.

What sort of preparation does the house require before you photograph
it?
A:

you can find it here Generally make sure the lawn is cut, all rubbish
has been removed, the house is clean and neat inside and if you require
a night time shot, make sure all feature lighting is working.
Q:
Can I choose to have my photos on a CD?
A:
Yes you can, or you can download them from your secure login that we
provide you with.
Q:
How long does it take before our photos are complete?
A:
Your photos are usally ready within 24-36 hours of us photographing the
property. You will get an email when they are ready for download.
