Floor plan mapping is a great service to offer your vendor if you want to stand out from the other agents.
Floor plan mapping can be carried out at the same time that we photograph a property or on its own. We use laser measurement tools to create a detailed floor plan of the house.
The floor plan can then be used on websites, brochures, window flyers or newspaper advertisements.

Floor plans and photo packages are available as a package to reduce costs for your vendor. We can map the property while we photograph it, causing less of an inconvenience to your vendor.If your vendor has original drafts of the building we can also take those and convert them into a marketable product suitable for print or web based advertising. Floor plans can be done in colour or black and white.

All floor plans are supplied as an image file and can be downloaded the same way as a photograph.

Floor Plan Redraws

If your vendor already has a copy of their builders floor plan we can redraw that floor plan to make it marketing friendly. Redraws are a fast and affordable way to put your vendors home layout onto your website or brochures.

Interactive Floor Plans

Interactive floor plans allow your potential buyers to visualize how a house looks.
We use a detailed map of the homes floor plan. The user can then click on sections of the floor plan and see how the house looks in more detail.

The virtual floor plans are stored on our secure server. We can brand the interactive floor plan to blend in with the selling agents website.
