We have a online job booking system that lets agents see our photographers availability in a real time environment.

Image Delivery Software (image manager v.1.2)

Our Image Manager System is web based application that lets agents view and download all of their listing photos. The system allows an agent email photos directly to their vendor, newspapers or print company's. The real benefit of this system is that we can deliver images to an agent in less than 24 hours in some cases. We have eliminated the need for CD's and courier costs hence passing the savings onto our clients.

Live job bookings and availability calendar

Property Snaps runs a team of photographers across different states, so we needed a powerful scheduling system to allow us and our clients to manage photo shoot bookings. We developed a live calendar that allows our clients make job bookings for times that suit the vendor and the photographer, keep track of bookings and see past bookings. As this is a web based system anyone in our clients office can log in and check the status of a job booking, this means receptionists can give vendors information on when their home is going to be photographed, hence providing a quicker and more efficient service.

We can even get job booking reminders sent via SMS directly to your sales team so they can choose to be present on a photo shoot.
