Real Estate Photography - Residential

Property Snaps takes care of the whole process from start to finish. Once you have booked a job with Property Snaps, we will contact you vendor to arrange a suitable time to photograph their home. We will give your vendor information on preparing their home for the photo shoot.

Once our photographer has arrived at the property they will start work on getting some external photo from 3 or 4 different angels.

Once they are inside the home they set up multiple flashes to evenly light the rooms while also balancing the light inside with the light out side to give the photos a clean crisp look while also showing detail through the windows.

Once the shoot has been finished the photographer will pass the photos onto our image processors who will then correct the photos for things such as straight walls (converging verticals) blue skys or removal of unwanted items. The photos are then sharpened and uploaded to our secure server where you and your vendor can login and download the completed images.

With our team of photographers we can usually fit your job in within 24-48 hours from when you book it. We use a live online booking calendar that allows you to see availability times of our photographers.

Property Snaps photographers are all Police checked and undergo extensive training in both photography and customer service.

Questions to ask when choosing a photography company

We take our work very seriously and we take a lot of pride in providing images that can sell a home. When choosing a photography company be sure to ask some basic questions such as:

  1. Do you photoshop and correct each photo?
  2. Do you correct for converging verticals?
  3. Do you add blue skys if needed? and do you charge extra for this?
  4. How many flashes/strobes do you use on a shoot?
  5. Do you use any additional lighting?
  6. Do you use an online delivery system for fast turn around times?
  7. Are your turn around times around 24 hours?
  8. Are your photographers professionally trained?
  9. Are your photographers regularly police checked?
  10. Do your photographers understand the importance of good customer service?
  11. Do you offer any bundled marketing services such as floor plans or copy writing?

These are all important questions to ask, as the importance of good photos has increased as the use of the internet has increased.

Photos are your brand and image so don't trust it just anyone!

Please phone us if you would like to ask us some questions.
